About The Parks
Located at Emerson Street & E. 3rd Ave., this flower-filled park has a playground and basketball court. Part of the Alamo Placita neighborhood, the park was developed between 1889 and 1942, and was designed by landscape architect Saco Rienk DeBoer. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
