Run Strong's coaching philosophy is based on a passion of running and seeing others learn to love running. Personalized running programs are designed bearing in mind commitments to family and work. Programs are a balance of aerobic, anaerobic, stretching and strength work. Each person is different, therefore, no two programs will be the same. The success of each program comes from constant communication between coach and athlete and continuous feedback from the athlete.

FastForward Sports was founded in 2005 by Scott Fliegelman in order to provide a one-of-a-kind group training experience for running, triathlon, fitness and fun! Aspiring and perspiring athletes of all levels are welcomed in a non-intimidating and professional environment.
City Park Running Club
The City Park Running Club meets, stretches, and runs between 3 to 5 miles. Your choice your pace. After the run socialize or get in a quick workout at the gym. Parking, showers, lockers available for all comers. The Running Club is free and open to the community.
